Need to download attachments from outlook through asp.net code.
Mails are on cloud server.

My understanding is that you could use Exchange Web Services. See for example
The user will provide its credentials?

Actually, a separate email id will be created to receive a file on mail.
There will be no user in that. Outlook will be configured on a server with the new mail id.
Window user will be different and outlook will be configured with a separate mail id.

Seems you could still use EWS or POP to read mail messages.
My understanding is that your plan is to install Outlook on the web server and use automation to control Outlook from the web server but this is an end user app that was never intended to be used as a programming Library and it will be difficult to conigure
and maintain. Would be really my very last choice. If you want to use this route you would use
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/bb652780.aspx to control Outlook from your ASP.NET app.
Edit: of course and to be on the safe side it requires Outlook to be installed on the web server (it is just a "bridge" to the actual Outlook application, not DLLs replacement for Outlook). Are you allowed to do that on this cloud server?
