First of all, MVC is NOT a language, it is an Architectural Design Pattern. Using ASP .Net we can develop MVC applications.
Since you're new to .Net world, I don't want to confuse you more. For now, concentrate on basics of .Net Framework and then start learning C# and then ASP.Net. If you're strong on your basics, you can catch up advance easily in any language.
