how to Set w3 Total cache? i am using this plugin. when I go gtmetrix.com and check my many errors about cache and speed anyone help me?

You should check the installation instruction at their plugin page, and also to have installed wincache. What I saw also as a problem on Windows server is that you should disable HEAD request caching because sometimes it caches the pages as blank, but to
do this you should edit the source code.

W3TC is in the WordPress Plugin Directory so installation is super simple. Access the plugin installation menu by going to Plugins > Add New in the WordPress admin dashboard. Then search for “W3 Total Cache,” find the plugin from the list of available options,
and select Install Now.
After installation, activate the plugin, and you’ll see Performance added as a new top-level item in the admin menu. Select Performance and you’ll be taken to the W3TC Dashboard and you’ll see a list of W3TC menu items that includes cache options
