I´m working on asp.net and I need to configure the autentication through digital signature, so, which is the best way to do it?. I was reading how do it using IIS (https://www.iis.net/configreference/system.webserver/security/authentication/iisclientcertificatemappingauthentication),
but I want to know others ways. Also, which ones do you recomended?

The link that you provide is a tutorial to tell you how to enable iis client certificate mapping authentication, that's not mean digital signature.
A digital signature (not to be confused with certificate, but it need certificate) is a mathematical technique used to validate the authenticity and integrity of a message, software or digital document.
If you want to configure your site to use certificate and accessed by https, might the following link can help you.
