I am trying to run a website application, but every time I run the project I can't load the IISExpress because it says that the port 80 is in use, I run the Tcpview.exe from SysInternals to see who was using the port, but seems not to be in use. I found
some related threads saying that can be a problem with the antivirus, I am using Symantec.
here is the properties of the project, as you can see I tried to change the port manually, but it didn't worked

Within the project properties (in VS) change the port of the local IIS Webserver to e.g. 50000 or something like that. This should allow IIS Express to run on that port which might not already in use.

Chris as you can see in the print screen of the link that I sent the property windows is not the same as your because it is a website application, even it doesn't has a solution, just a .csproject. I solved the problem, in my case it was inside a solution
and the only thing I did was Open->Website and run. It worked.
