Likely a wrong connection string. It is used with OleDb but doesn't make sense with a db specific provider such as SqlClient. Try perhaps

Probably issues with the connection string that you are using in web.config file. If back end is SQL Server then I suggest you try connection string with any of following alternative:
With Standard security:
data source=mySqlServerNameOrIp;initial catalog=myDataBaseName;User Id=myUsername;Password=myPassword;
With trusted connection:
Data Source=myServerNameOrIp;Initial Catalog=myDataBaseName;Integrated Security=SSPI;
Or you can post your connectionstring format that you are trying in your web.config, if you need further assistance.

After read this error message, as far as I know, this error is related to the connection string, please refer to the following code:
Persist Security Info=False;Integrated Security=SSPI;database=orcl;server=(local or server ip);Password=aaa;User ID=aaa"
Please check the Server name and Server IP Address.
Also you need check the what namespace you using and which database you using. You need make them be consistent.
Please post your connection string and code for us to learn your issue. This will better help you solve your problem.
