Can you provide some more information, on what error you are facing when you try to connect to database? Are you able to connect it from Management Studio?

Hi Alpha Net,
I doesn't connect to database through web.config
According to your codes and description, I guess there are something wrong with your connection string.
Could you please post more details information about which sql server you want to connect to in your application and the details error when you connect to the database.
Besides, I suggest you could try to get the connection string by using Server Explorer, Cloud Explorer, or SQL Server Object Explorer.
More details, you could refer to below steps and article:
1.Open SQL Server Object Explorer
2.Click the add sql server button
3.Type in the sql server login information
4.Find the database and click the property.
5.Find the connection string
