Edit "bindings.." for website where asmx is deployed and add https binding along with select the certificate that you have installed.

i already edited binding and add https along with the installed certificate, but the same problem.
is there any configurations must added to the web.config of the service?

Use F12 in your browser to inspect the query. Don't you have an http status code that would help to better understand what happens? What if you try to reach an simple .htm page through https ? It would allow to see if this is a general https problem or if
it happens only with your asmx service.
It's been a while and maybe I'm confusing with WCF but I wonder if you don't have something to configure in web.config as well?

but the same problem.
Please check: if it is a firewall related issue, check if https port 443 is not blocked in firewall. Also, check if https services are running up. This can be verified by checking your respective webserver task manager. Check in add/remove components or
add features/roles in OS to see if any IIS components missing. But, very first as previous posts suggested, try accessing a simple text or html file to see if there is no issue with website/code. This can isolate issue to environment only.
