I was working through an example exercise from a WROX book that asked me to create a Web Form with Master Page. I right-clicked in Solution Explorer, chose Add Item, then selected Web Form with Master Page. This brought up a popup box asking for a file to
select a master page, unfortunately none of the directories contained any master files to chose and the OK button was grayed out. I created a new ASP.NET Web project and tried again with the same results. Any ideas?

Just added a Web Forms Master Page file to the root project directory, then was able to add Web Form with Master Page file as needed. I think the site1.master file may have been part of the scaffolding in earlier editions of Visual Studio, but no longer.
