Is there a way to take content off of another webpage or site to fill in data in a form.
Let's say we buy a product, we want to enter some data about the product into our database for future purchases
So I want to enter the data by putting in a web address and grabbing meta data
<span id="productPrice" itemprop="productPrice">27.97</span>
What I currently do is copy info that I want, but is there a C# code or way to grab the info from this and paste it into my form?

This is commonly called a web service or API.
If you are reading HTML results from a POST or GET then this is referred to as screen scraping. Essentially, parsing the HTML results.
See the HtmlAgilityPack for .NET.
