I probably won't be able to ask this question well or something because of English but I'm busy with a project about advertisement(ads are stored in an xml), and lets say you click one of the advertisement and you get its details(using c#),
My question --> will it be possible to show maybe the first three other advertisement that have maybe (something in common of the selected advertisement) ,the same price or the same model or brand?

For your problem, you need to make sure what is the something in common of the selected advertisement?
Color ?price? series or something else?
Then you could you the use keyword above to filter advertisement(ads are stored in an xml),
Then you could display filter result in page.
Besides, I suggest you could show us with you advertisement xml and the
same price or the same model or brand? (choose one so that we could make an simple sample for you)

but i still don't know how to compare with the selected advertisement
From your previous post in this thread, you store ads information in an xml.
You said that you want to show other cars RELATED to the selected car in page as something in the link above.
From my understanding, developer use key word of selected car (Color ?price? series or something else?) to filter database. then display filter result in the footer.
So, I suggest you need to make sure you which advertisement you want to display in footer. ie some date to the selected advertisement?
Then you could the selected advertisement's date to filter your xml. the display result in page footer.
Following links explains how to filter xml elements:
