GoDaddy I strongly advise you not go with them. Their support tends to be lack luster and it requires calling and always talking to a tier one support rep who reads from scripts. When I call support, I expect the person answering knows at least or a little
more than I do. Also, their prices are rather crazy. You can spin up a Windows VPS through other places, get better support, and not pay as much. Also, they run their VPS systems on standard hard drives which degrade performance. You want a VPS host that runs
on SSDs. Just like insurance, it all comes down to pricing and service. GoDaddy is great with domain stuff but I don't trust them with much else.

Thanks bbcompent1 for your feedback,
Then who do you think are good providers for VPS?

For VPS under Windows, I have used FranTech and they are pretty good overall. Quick response times and you can use RDP to manage and control the server. About 10 bucks a month for their starter plan, it runs about $10 per month. Here is a full listing:
Microsoft® Windows Server™ 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 available with every service.

I've been very satisfied with WinHost, especially if only a single website will be hosted. For more than one site, you need to purchase separate accounts or jump through some hoops.
The cost ranges from $6 - $22 per month when paying quarterly.
