Does the Website Administration Tool (WAT), user membership for a website, support and use by default Kerberos Authentication with MS SQL Server?

Yes, website administration tool can work with Membership and MS SQL Server.
But this tool was no longer supported in VS2015,
It can work with VS2012 or earlier version.
If you are using VS2013, you need to access it manually.
So I suggest you to use the Thinktecture.IdentityManager.
You could refer to below links for more detail information:

Website administration tool is a simple Web interface that help you to manage and view your web site configuration.
It could help you set which authentication to use: windows Authentication or Form Authentication, but not which protocol or method to use.
You want to know if your website supports Kerberos authentication. You should look into the version of .net.
Since the Kerberos authentication is related to windows Authentication. Please try to check if your website is support the windows authentication.
