i want to know is it way what im doing while publishing.
i create web site with MsSQL, i create tables in my pc. and it is work well. than i create DB web server side, same with my local db.
i deploy web site than i use filezilla to upload my site to web server.
here i have some suspicion about ceation db again in server side. everybody do same thing ? is there any easy way like >>> my site working well in local than upload its to server than do nothing

You could consider using Code First Migrations. When you run the deployed application and it accesses the database for the first time after deployment, Code First checks if the database matches the data model. If there's a mismatch, Code First automatically
creates the database (if it doesn't exist yet) or updates the database schema to the latest version (if a database exists but doesn't match the model).

You should create MySQL database on the server. You could do it via command prompt or using you hosting control panel.
