Hi. Looking my server's logs, I remarked, that sometimes some users with the same ip and with the same UserAgent datas have
HEAD and GET methods at one time. But two records at one time. Can you please explain, what does it mean? They are real users, not bots. How are they looking into my webpages, that they have HEAD and
GET methods at one time (two records at one time)

According to your description, as far as I know,
Head Request: request the header of the page.
Get Request: request the header and content of the page.
About why at the occur in the same time, I this is related with the IIS processing mechanism, so I think you could post your issue in IIS forum, in this place, you could get a better solution!
