Can we prevent unauthorised access of assemblies using windows user login in .Net framework ? I have heard that using .Net Runtime security model we can achieve it. Is it possible and how ?
It would be great if I can have a code example as well.

Assemblies are dlls that the application needs to function properly. They contain classes and methods.
Authorization is more like code level access. I suppose you could load an assembly if a user is in a particular role.
How about explaining what problem you are trying to solve. There might be a better approach.

I think you are worrying about loading untrusted assemblies and executes them ? If that what you are looking for, take a look at the .Net Code Access Security.
