Hello .NET Experts,
I got a vb.net VS 2015 web project and the break points in my root directory fire however any vb file breakpoints under /homebase do not fire.
Why is that?

A Web site can contain multiple virtual directories and subdirectories, and Web.config files may exist in each one. ASP.NET applications inherit settings from Web.config files at higher levels in the URL path. The only exception is if one of those
applications overrides the setting by means of its own lower Web.config file.

Attached a screen print of the solution explorer in VS 2015
Default.aspx break points get hit but addLocation.aspx.vb or other in "members" do not. So its not that the whole debugging does not work.
Just noticed, when I right click on a file in the "members" sub directory and set it as start-page then the break point hits.
