Hi Ahmed Ramadan,
From your description and error message, I supposed that you problem is related to the authority for database. So, I suggest you could try to change your website identity to LocalSystem in Application pool.
detailed steps as below:
1.Open IIS Manager. For information about opening IIS Manager, see Open IIS Manager (IIS 7).
2.In the Connections pane, expand the server node and click Application Pools.
3.On the Application Pools page, select the application pool for which you want to specify an identity, and then click Advanced Settings in the Actions pane.
4.For the Identity property, click the ... button to open the Application Pool Identity dialog box.
5.If you want to use a built-in account, select the Built-in account option and select to LocalSystem account from the list.
6. Click OK to dismiss the Application Pool Identity dialog box.
If the steps don’t works for you, I suggest you could to refer to following section to see to see the true error message, rather than “Internal Server Error”. This is done by turning off friendly error messages in Internet Explorer. This is helpful when
troubleshooting or developing your page so you can see the error messages your pages are creating in the browser when the page is viewed.
