When I call DateTime.Now() it doesn't take daylight savings time into account. It's basically one hour out because I'm currently in GMT +1.
Is there a way to accurately get a timestamp?
Thanks in advance

You might need to check your server's Time Zone, Day light savings settings. The adjustment of day light saving might be turned off in server settings.
Typically - you can navigate to the settings from the bottom right corner of the server (where time is shown) or, from Control Panel.
