Hi Every One,
In our application for the master page top comment section has been included, Because of this it is causing the content page behavior not as expected. If I remove the comment section on top of the master page everything works normally.
Are there any restrictions to put the comment section under any master page or ASPX page in .NET?? Please answer if anyone knows solution for this.

If I remove the bolder comment section no issues. What is the best place to put the comment section to avoid these kind of issues.

I try to put the comment as you mentioned above in your post. then I run the page and page runs successfully.
I did not get any error when I run the page.
you can see it in the picture mentioned below.
so here I am not able to reproduce the behavior mentioned by you.
you had mentioned that you got an error but you did not mentioned which error you got.
may be it is possible that the error is related to some other reason and not with comments.
also I want to suggest you to check if you had change anything in this page causing this issue.
for testing purpose you can try to test the same thing in new project or new web page to check whether it is working or not.
