You have this error when doing what? AFAIK MSSQLSERVER *is* actually the underlying name for the default instance even if you basically never see that name. If you want to change the default instance, it seems running setup and selecting "change an existing
instance" or something like that should work.
If you need advanced help a specialized forum at
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/home?category=sqlserver could be better.
For now it seems to me you already have an existing (and working?) default instance. What is the current situation? This instance doesn't work?
Edit: confirmed at
"An instance is either the default instance or a named instance. The default instance name is MSSQLSERVER. It does not require a client to specify the name of the instance to make a connection."

What I need to do,, I need to install SQL Server 2008 r2 with instance Name > Default. but when I select the Default Instance, I have an error, this name is already exist.
so I need to remove and Uninstall SQL Server to clear and remove the instance name, to reinstall the SQL Server with Default instance.
If you can help me, Please tell me how to do this?
Thank you very much.

You already have a default SQL Server instance installed on this machine. If you want to upgrade this instance to a later SQL Server version you should select the "upgrade" option on the first screen (rather than the "install" option).
Edit: according to
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_SQL_Server#Genesis 10.50.1600.1 is already the SQL Server 2008 R2 version. Have you tried to use the existing version? For now it seems you try to install a version which is already installed ??

You could try to remove registry key or run below command.
setup /action=uninstall /instanceid=MSSQLSERVER /features=SQLEngine,Replication
