You can't install ASP.NET applications on mobile devices. And there is nothing in ASP.NET that you can use for the requirement above. You should post your question to a forum that covers native app development for whatever operating system your device runs
on.

I want to build an Mobile App using ASP.NET [C#]. I want to use it as wireless mike for classroom When it is installed in Mobile.
Receiver is Simple Electronic circuit which works in frequency Band of 50 Hz to 15000 Hz.
