Today I see that, sqlservr.exe is not running more. I saw it from Task Manager. Tell me please, how can it be stopped?

No sure what you meant. If you meant that it stopped to use more and more memory this is expected. The idea is that SQL Server takes advantage of the available memory so if you have some free memory it will start to consume it for its own needs rather than
to left that unused. Now when no more free memory is available it will stop increasing its memory usage. The point is just to make the best use of available resources.
Or do you mean that SQL Server stopped working? In this case you should have something in the SQL Server log file etc.. to see what caused that. At this point a specialized SQL Server forum at
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home maybe better than a general purpose forum.

Right-click the process within Task manager, to End it.

Maybe your sql server instance does not installed correctly. As for working around this, you could uninstall and reinstall it again, try applying the latest service packs/updates for SQL Server.
