Do anybody have any exaples or link to some good user interface designs.......I am looking for a really good UI design for employee details update page. I am creating this page using asp.net and vb.net.
can someone plz help with examples or designs or links for this
Your question is too nebulous and vague to answer. A "really good UI design" is subjective and greatly dependent on the current "look and feel" of the application. For example, what does employee details mean in your organization and how does this information
fit into the existing site?
The best you can do is find other web sites that fit your "good design" criteria. Then implement the same.
I am just askign for some design ideas for employee update page...with basic details like address, phone team memebers and stuff...I have looked online too couldnt find any good so was asking here if any one has done it they can share how they have done
it thats it
Design is not based upon good ideas and what is everyone else does. When designing a UI experience, you base it upon what your client is looking for. I do know what you are trying to do, but the people you should be asking are your clients and/or their
users base. My experience has been that the back end of stuff is pretty easy to design, basically it is business rules and data points. However, when it comes to the UI, it can be a very fluid process. You ask what they are looking for, you put it into
a form, then show them. They will intern then ask for something(s) to be change, added, and/or removed.
You can save yourself a lot of time by developing something called wire frame of the UI. This way it is a mock up that you do not spend a lot of time developing. This can be done in something like Visio or some similar apps.

Hi Lexi85,
you can try to use Html5 Templets. with the use of this template in your Asp.net project you can get very attractive user interface.
There are many sites are available on the net who provide free Html5 Templets to download.
you just need to implement this templet in your project. you can also integrate it to your Master pages.
to integrate this templets in your project just copy the templet in your project and use it where ever you want to use inside your project.
There are also Templets available for the admin panel. with the help of that you can design your admin panel beautifully.
generally it use css, Html5, Jquery in the templets.
below are some links of website from where you can try to download the templets.
