We are already having an application called XYZ where we are storing the users information and content information in the same database. Now we need to make the changes to the application so that it can be used by different countries users. The client doesn't
want to store the data related to users in their country specific database for security reasons. Now we need to split the database into two parts one is for storing the users information and other one contains content data(common data). Could you please provide
a architecture for it?

You can write a small module for switching locale based on the client browser lang. By this there is not need of saving the content into database. The values rendered into HTML will be convereted to the respective lang by its localized resource.
