I need to create an xml file on the fly based on an xsd. How do I start that process using C#.
That xml file should be in memory and I need to pass that xml as a parameter to another method. Please ideas?

If you do not know how to pass a parameter to a method then it is probably best to start with some training. Have you tried on-line courses or books?

Oh Wow, my question was basically regarding how to create an xml using an xsd and then pass it as parameter. You just looked at the second part.

Using xsd tool to create classes, then you could compile those classes and use them in your .NET code to create and populate instances of the classes which can be serialized to XML using
System.Xml.Serialization.XmlSerializer. Take a look at this
