Why does my Bower Package Manager look illegible but Nuget package manager looks fine. How do I fix this?

For this issue, please restart your Visual Studio 2015, evenly your local machine, and check whether it makes any difference.
At the same time
You could have a try the following command line below, and go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE
Devenv.exe /SafeMode: Launches the IDE in safe mode loading minimal windows.
Please let me know if it has same issue.
