very thanks in advance . i am a new web programmer please suggest me to publish on secure and cheaper hosting provider which is best for beginners. i think that microsoft azure takes 150 $ per month for a website . Is it true? please suggest if there is
cheaper than this.

You can actually get started with Azure for free. And then you'll only need to start paying if you want a personalized domain name and other features. I'm currently hosting about 15 sites, a SQL Database, personalized domain names on each of those sites,
SSL, Wordpress with an attached mySQL database, daily backups, etc. for less than $80 a month.
