i guess there must be some solid reason for which db first has been removed from EF7. so if anyone knows all the reason then please discuss here reason point wise for removing db first from EF7. thanks

Database First relies heavily on Visual Studio tooling to work - unless you want to try to create an edmx file by hand. Visual Studio is not a cross platform product, but EF 7 is designed to work on Mac and Unix as well as Windows. There seems little point
in supporting a development approach that only people on Windows can use.

AFAIK not really. Have you tried
http://docs.efproject.net/en/latest/cli/powershell.html#scaffold-dbcontext ? The idea is that regardless of the path you are choosing either you write code or you have this code generated for you.
What is really dropped is the special EDMX file format:

The EDMX file (the core of the Database First approach) is generated by tools within Visual Studio.
