In a vb.net 2010 we form application, a call using json and must be having a problem since I am getting an internal 500 error message when the problem occurs for one user. The code that is being used is the following:
I am trying to determine what is exactly causing the error message.
Thus can you tell me how to verify what part of the message is having a problem? My application is using internet explorer 11. Thus can you tell me and/or show me how to use the developer tools (PF12 of internet explorer 11 ) to determine what part of the
message is having a problem?
Is there some kind of a link that will tell me what is wrong with the message? Is there a way that I can paste the json part of the message into a website that says what is wrong with the json message?
Can you tell me and/or show me what part of the json message is having a problem?

Hi jasmine girl,
If you got Internal Server Error 500, you could turn off friendly error messages:
1.Open Internet Explorer.
2. Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab ->Show friendly HTTP error messages.
Then reload your page, you will see more detailed error message.
For more information, please see:
And you could set some breakpoints on your code, the debug your code.
