I have a site hosted on 2 Servers managed via load balancer.
DB is hosted on a single server, whenever I make changes to my data via admin panel, the changes are only reflected on 1 server
as I have already implemented L2 canche on Servers. how to invalidate cache on both the site ?

Each server node is a separate cache. This can easily lead to cache content to different nodes on the inconsistent version. Modifying a machine data will only affect the local memory, but does not notify other servers, cause the cache to the other nodes
in the data actually has expired. This must be achieved to maintain cache synchronization in a clustered environment.
So, you should implement cache synchronization between different servers.
