I am new to webservice-development and i need to write a mapper between two web services. The program gets a web service from system A should map it to the web service from system B and return the result back to system A. Because the the systems are incompatible
the mapper is needed. Has anyone a similar scenario or an idea, how i could solve this? What project type in VS2010 could i use?

Unclear... It sounds like a Client consumes ServiceA and ServiceA consumes ServiceB because the client cannot consume SeriveB directly. Correct?
Client <-> ServiceA <-> ServiceB
Let's say ServiceA has a method Foo(). The client invokes ServiceA.Foo(). Then ServiceA.Foo() invokes ServiceB.Foo(). ServiceB.Foo() does whatever it does and returns the results to ServiceA.Foo(). ServiceA.Foo() returns the results to the client.

From your description, do you mean you want to call a web service into another web service application? If that is the case, you could add the project B service reference to the project A. Here are some relevant articles, you could refer to them:
