I'm using VS 2013 community to develop a web project. When i open an existing project, say project name is "MY Project". The name appear at the VS (taskbar) is localhost 32991 insted of my real project name? How to solve it?

This actually isn't a problem. Your project should have nothing to do with the directory name or else it isn't a portable application. Localhost does, of course, refer to your local loopback ip address of your computer. IIS Express binds to your project
with a random port number, in this case 32991. There is zero wrong with this and it won't affect your project unless you have hard-coded urls relative to a site root with your projects name as the directory (which isn't good practice, url's should be application
You can change this by going into the project's properties, selecting the Web tab, and then you can specify the project url.
