I am displaying transactional information that is stored as UTC.
When a user requests this information, I adjust to local time with the by using TimeZoneInfo and calculating the delta between UTC and local time.
Since we have had our daylight saving time change here November 1st, that adjustment has changed.
The problem is that data that was stored when it was still daylight savings time is now also adjusted to the current delta, not the one that was in effect when the date was stored.
Looking for some ideas on how to handle this.
One caveat, there are several tables like this and we are storing data at a rapid clip. Let's say 6 columns, at a rate of hundred records per minute. At that rate will increase in the near future.

There is no In built support for this in SQL but you can create your own functions.
