What is the current state of Microsoft implementation for OAuth and OpenIdConnect protocols?
I realized that Identity Server 3 have full implementation of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0, and also certified by OpenID Connect Comunity.
In contrast to Identity Server 3 what Microsoft currently can offer or can not offer regarding OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect?

You could take a look at the following links that are about the OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0.
OpenID Connect 1.0
OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 support in Azure Active Directory
I hope it’s useful to you.

Thank you for that.
I already read those.
My question is related to the fact that I want to setup dedicated OpenID Connect/OAuth Server and I have two choices:
1. Identity Server 3. Implements almost everything, certified.
2. Microsoft OWIN OAuth/OpenID Connect middleware implementation. Not sure if this is the choice anyway.
So, my question is what is the current status of 2.? Does it fully implements OPen ID Conenct 1.0 and OAuth 2.0 protocols?
