I am currently using opencart online shopping system for my website: AUG Jewellery Shop Online (http://aug.so). I realized that the system generate .php page instead of html. However, for SEO reasons I have to edit the meta tag and meta description on
my homepage. Is there any method to open the html page in opencart or convert all the .php page to html?

I took out the suspicious link you posted and put it aside so people can still see it if they want. It triggered our alert filters.
For your question: if you have php files and render them in the browser you can "view source" of them, copy paste it and save that via notepad as an html file. From there on you can manipulate the html as you want locally.
If it's a php based system you're making use of on your website and have access to the code you can also manipulate it. If it's an external system to which you don't have control which you're integrating into your ASP.NET website you can contact the vendor
to have it changed.

Firstly, if you just want to convert php page to html, as XIII said, you could view source in the browser and copy (paste) html markup.
Secondly, if you’d like to migrate from PHP to ASP.NET, this link will be helpful.
