Hi and thanks for reading this. I have upgraded from Windows Pro 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro and now I am unable to use Google Chrome or Safari to debug my web app in Visual Studio 2013 Pro.
Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge both work fine. If I try to run my web app by copying the address and pasting it into a new Google Chrome browser window - my web app works correctly.
I also have Visual Studio 2012 Pro installed and that debugs with Google Chrome correctly. I also have Visual Studio 2015 Community installed and that also runs debug with Google Chrome..
Please note :- When running Windows 8.1 everything worked fine.
So, to summarise
Using a default Web App project.
Visual Studio 2012 Pro on Windows 10 - Debugs using Google Chrome or Safari.
Visual Studio 2015 Community on Windows 10 - Debugs using Google Chrome or Safari.
Visual Studio 2013 Pro on Windows 10 - Fails to debug using Google Chrome or Safari.
Any ideas why would be appreciated.

Solved it myself. I was running under the Administrator account. As soon as I ran under an administrator account with a different username, everything worked!
