What I'm trying to do is very simple. I've adjusted my query to join into another table to gather a value, no problem. I'm trying to replace an existing value that was varchar(10) with my new value for the joined table that is varchar(25)
Should be simple but keep getting the error "The value expression used in Textrun xxxxxx.Paragraphs.TextRuns returned a value that is not valid."
it's just a varchar(25). should be real easy
What am I missing?
Thanks in advance

I hope updating your dataset and drag drop it again will work for you.

Updated the data set- the query is valid- returns the right value - drag drop it into table, still gives the error I listed.
What do I have to do to get the new value added?

Never mind - figured it out. Its' a caching issue. you have to remove the local .data file for the particular .rdl
