your domain is real; if that's your real password, you need to change it!
you are using the wrong e-mail host: you should be using : mail.electronichealthcaresystem.net
webmail.electronichealthcaresystem.net is for when you are reading your e-mail with a browser.
You may need to use a different port, e.g. 587 instead of 25 -- you isp is likely HostDime.com Inc. ...
contact your isp's technical support for the proper SMTP settings.
> set type=MX
MX preference = 10,
mail exchanger = mail.electronichealthcaresystem.net
mail.electronichealthcaresystem.net internet address = 220.127.116.11
END EDIT 2.

Can you explaiin more though on what the issue is you are receiving? If you are getting an error while sending, let us know exactly what the error is so we can help diagnose. If you aren't receiving an error but also aren't receiving an email then most likely
there is an issue sending through that account. Perhaps a spam filter or blacklist has blocked the email along the way. The server or even the ISP can block the email, especially if the host domain doesn't have proper DNS settings.
Also, usually a host that has webmail is not what you want, that's often a redirect for the mail server or a separate domain for web-based email. The actual name may be mail. and not webmail.

I hope this code is not working on locally, but when you will be use same on server [ after hosting the site than this will work].
or you can use code like this, this is working for me..
public void SendContactUsConfirmationEmail(string name, string ToEmailId)
var subject = "Thanks to connect with us !";
var body = "Hello " + name.Trim() + ", \n";
body += "\n Thank you for sharing your query, we will get back to you very soon.";
var smptClient = new SmtpClient("relay-hosting.secureserver.net", 25)
Credentials = new NetworkCredential(BlogSetting.GodaddyInfoEmailId, BlogSetting.GodaddyInfoEmailPassword),
EnableSsl = false,
UseDefaultCredentials = false,
Timeout = 1000000
smptClient.Send(BlogSetting.GodaddyInfoEmailId, ToEmailId, subject, body);
Hope this will help you.
