Is this a known issue? Is there a way to tell the debugger to go ahead and debug web-api calls? It's not even stopping in my httpModule when I call the web-api.

And you don't have any message on your breakpoints such as "The breakpoint will not currently be hit. No symboles have been loaded for thois document"?
If yes, try
Does it happen as well if you create a new project?

Blast it all! Rebooted for the third time this morning and now the breakpoints are being hit (after a week or more of them not working)! (PatriceSc: No, no symbols saying the breakpoints wouldn't be hit).
