C# supports different timezone id's across the globe. Please find list of time zones that are being supported by C# in below link:
The timezone id's are being used in C# library functions to convert times across the timezones. [e.g. TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTimeBySystemTimeZoneId("Hawaiian Standard Time")]
Similarly I want support for AMERICA/MIQUELON, which is not present in the msdn list provided in above link.
Can somebody please provide workaround for this specific timezone ?

america/miquelon is utc -300
I would use one of the other codes that are also utc -300
it appears that
Montevideo Standard Time
has the same time offset with daylight savings as america/miquelon

You're right. But there is difference between daylight start dates in Montevideo and AMERICA/MIQUELON timezone. Do we have any other option that will determine the daylightsaving time is in effect or not?

Not that I know of, but you could write your own. You can use the TimeZone Class and implement your own day light savings start and stop date/times. Doesnt appear to be overly complicated either.
