i got Web Service, which after bug fixing is upload to different domains.
the domain totaly different :
i don't want to compile the same version each time with different name space.
is there a way to change it at runtime?

Generally, I create the namespace during development and that the end of it. I'll use the same namespace in all environment; dev, test, staging, and prod.
Why do you need to change the namespace?

i use it in different domains (not only environments).
and in each domain we want the same domain for the namespace.

You have to programmatically add the namespace attribute to the contract.

Seems still a bit unclear. Do you have a problem when running those services? I believe it might be just some kind of misunderstanding here. In particular, as far as I know, a namespace may look like an url but it is entirely unrelated to a particular location.
It doesn't have and actually it would even make more sense that it is not changed depending on the service location.
Or be more explicit about where you are seeing this namespace you are talking about. Or be explicit about the final goal (ie what is the benefit you expect from changing the namespace in each environment, in particular I believe it would make difficult for
the same client code to connect to any of those services by just pointing to a different service location or is this what you want?)

i have website that in each country is under different domain.
for business reason's we want that the end client will see all the site details under the domain
event in the level of the WS name space.
if the site is :
then the name space of the ws must be also http://domainz.it
