I tried all these ways below to let users communicate with sqls server through the web site but the problem still stands and user is not able to communicate with SQL SERVER
TCP/IP is Enable
TCP Port = 1433
SQL Server(MSSQLSERVER):State = Running and Start Mode = Automatic
SQL Server Browsing: State = Running and Start Mode = Automatic
Server authentication: SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode
Connections: Allow remote connections to this server is checked

1. Check if Windows Firewall is ON and if it is firewall problem:
2. Also once TCP/IP is enabled, hope you have restarted 'SQL Server Services' (See it in your first image - left hand side - first node).
EDIT: Ignore point 3 below, It looks like, it is for latest versions, ie SQL server 2012/2014 etc
3. Also hope you installed "Client Tools Connectivity" If not try installing this feature:
