I could be wrong but I'm afraid you won't be able to receive email notifications for edited/modified posts. As far as I know the site only sends emails for:

yes i know it but it was weird that they cant send notification after editing/modifying post
i mean if person gone edit or modified their post so it means he surely want to change some wrong things that he post or either add somethings that adds value in his post so in either case i must get email so i will be more updated on his post(problem) so
this will help me not only understand the problem but also solve it more quickly

Good point. I understand the case when someone is adding more info into their posts but it's really very rare for someone to modify posts and add more info to the original post. Most of the time people will just post reply when adding more info or what they
have tried so far.
Also, most people will just modify post for a typo or grammar correction. Can you imagine yourself getting an email notification with just a letter or word modification in the post?

what you do get is at least one visual clue AFAIK.
if you go to the drop down to the right of your name, in the list you will see
if you click the SHORTCUTS link "MY THREADS" at the right side of a page, you will see
Link (a) takes you to ALL fo a combined list for all of the forum threads in which your are participating.
Link (b) takes you to the list for a specific forum's threads in which your are participating.
NOTE: you must be signed in to forums.asp.net.
if any thread has changed since your last visit, it will stand out.
i have been using this feature for a long time and imho it is exceptionally useful.
FWIW, many related topics on tweaking notifications have been discussed before.
Search via Google: site:forums.asp.net feedback notifications
To the credit of Terri and her team they do listen and often tweak the site so your comments are helpful; i've made many comments myself and have been happy to see more than a few of them implemented; other members have had their ideas implemented too.
