I need help with getting my program to complie using a file! I have a program that runs in the brwoser using an api but it does not reference the correct location. When I paste the information to the browser it retruns the appropriate data but whne I try
to use the single page application that is inside of a file instead of visual studio the interafcing does not have any fucntionality and my submit buttons do not work so therefore it will not return any data to the browser. Can someone please explain what
I need to do to get the visual studio to target my HTML single page application and how do I tell visual studio where to find the file that my program uses. I am guessing that visual studio would be looking for the file on my C: drive somewhere! Please help.
Thank You, Markus.

it could be that your single page app is not complied properly and does not reference the dll it has. if you are using the single page application you could try publishing it on IIS. anyhow visual studio will run your app on IIS Express so you need to directly
debug it or run it on IIS.
Hope this helps.

Krunal, my single page application is a JQURY suppoted app that has a file that it uses to run. I have one half of the program in a solution in visual studio also it is supposed to reference an API when I code the browser to connect to the data within the
thinkng that the Jquery runs in the manner, and my API is coded to support the html file to the browser and directs some implementation by using the webpage html file. This is a Single page application I probaly just need more knowledge of where to put the
main folder if anything. Can you explain if this is optimistic? Markus33

You will need to make sure that the virtual path used in the single page application are correct and it does not break. are you directly using the hardcoded path for the file in the C drive. if yes then its not a good idea you probably should put that file
also in the folder with the html file.
