Our production and production-like application environments prevent table creation after deployment. When we create the tables for SQL Server Scaleout, initializing the backplane causes our application to fail because it fails to create the tables in the
Would the SignalR team entertain a pull request to allow the SQL Server Scaleout to probe the existence of the tables (schema and "version") and
not run the SqlInstaller should it find the proper entities in the database?
Are we the only "enterprise" customer that has restrictive database permissions at runtime?

Well, no answers. Going to fork it. If anyone else needs this fix, I'll come by after creating the fork and share the repo's name on GitHub.
