asmx services use the SOAP protocol so you have to understand the xml required to make the call, and how to make a SOAP request in general. If you google "c# make soap request" you'll find some examples
The easiest way to determine this stuff is to browse to the asmx service on your local machine to get the test client, as that will show you the xml you need to send and the xml you'll get back.

i found 2 link and they use different approach to invoke web service without proxy. please have a look at my link and tell me why they took this approach and why not the approach your link is showing. your guideline required.
