I want to use an identity managemant for my website. A user can register. After that he become an email with a link to register finally. It must be possible to renew the password. The system will send a new password to an email-address.
Does anyone has a template or a solution?

Everything you need is provided with asp.net Identity (http://www.asp.net/identity)
If you create a new web application with visual studio you can choose if you want to use it or not, and some pages are already created (login page, register page)

I was hoping that you're referring to asp.net Identity /OWIN. Depending on your level of familiarily, I would start familiarizing myself with some videos.

Otherwise, here are some of your good for thoughts baseline alternative.
1. ASP.Net MVC 5 will generate already a predefined identity for your authentication/authorization.
Or if you want some challenges on how to work in customize in beginner mode, this is a very good article.
All of these articles, helps me understand when I started last year as these are new transition from MembershipProvider--->UniversalProvider--->Identity
