i use log4net .
1 - install log4Net from nuget
2 - create script for creating table log
3 - I put tag <log4net> and declare connection strings. and bufferSize value is "1" . I set <add key="log4net.Internal.Debug" value="true"/> too .
4 - In Index :
public ActionResult Index()
var log = LogManager.GetLogger("logger");
but my data base dose not fill .

Not that I am sure what is going on but I would fire up your app in debug mode and put a breakpoint on that class to see if it is even hitting it. I suspect the log4net call is not being hit.

I was doing some research on this problem and apparently the connection string for the Log4Net is fussy, you have to use System/MachineName instead of (local). Take a look here:
