I have created several stored procedures in SQL Server 2012 & executed them on local. It worked properly but when I created same stored procedures on my dev. server (where SQL Server 2005 is installed) and executed them from my hosted application, waiting
time is increased and I am getting response for data access very slowly. Please tell me is there anything wrong in executing scripts to create stored procedures (created in SQL server 2012) in SQL Server 2005? If no, then please tell me why response time is
increased even if stored procedures are used in application?

It has lot of reasons...
1. Depends on server version and server configuration
2. Depends on table records which is used in your stored procedure
3. CPU utilization on server (Some other process more utilize the CPU)
